Artemis' addiction to beauty began the first time she snuck into her grandmothers' makeup  and discovered red lipstick. It was her signature color throughout high school and college. Having an artistic background naturally led her to making beauty one of her artistic outlets. And having worked in fashion has led her to be on top of the latest beauty trends.

Artemis' work has been published in many magazines, and as this is only the beginning, she is always working towards the next step up in her career. She has found her passion in the art of makeup and hair.

She has always been an advocate for positive self-image & is excited about being a part of a magazine such as this one. Her most memorable experience on her personal crusade was when she got the chance to be featured in an article on body image in Marie Claire (September 2005), where she got to show the world that she is happy in her own skin & that your size truly does not matter! It is how you perceive yourself first that will define how others judge you.

Artemis is also a professional singer, actress, a published poet, and an artist. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband George.
