Your eyebrows are possibly the most important feature on your face.
They are the frame. Well sculpted brows give you an instant face lift,
without the pain of surgery!
They can truly make of break your look. Thicker brows look more
youthful too, so don't overpluck them, and feel free to fill them in
when you so desire!
Consider visiting a professional for your eyebrows at least once, and then you can simply clean up the strays.
But it you want to do it yourself...
Rule #1
Easy does it with the tweezer! Seriously, I can not stress this enough.
Rule # 2
Invest in a great slanted tweezer. My all time favorite tweezers
are by Tweezerman. A great tweezer will help you grasp each hair
and your wrist won't tire out because they are made to have the ideal
amount of flexibility and grip.

Rule #3
Shaping your brows. There are three points that you must be aware of on your brow.
1. The edge of your nostril and the inner most part of your brown should align.
2. There is an invisible line that goes frm the samepoint of your
nose diagnally through the center of your eye, and up to your natural
arch. This will be the highest point of your brow.
3. And finally, from that same point of your nose to the end of
your eyebrow. (see diagram) If it is too short, you might want to add
some length to it with your brown pencil. Mark these points with your
eye pencil for reference when tweezing.
You can also try using a stencil that fits closely to the natural shape of your brow.

Rule #4
Tweeze the strays and alternate between your brows so that you are constantly achieveing symmetry.
Rule#5
Object in the mirror may seem larger than they appear!
Standing too close to the mirror or using a magnifying mirror will
distort your eyebrows and cause you to overpluck. Every so often, step
away and take a look at your whole face, and then decide if you need to
go back in there and pull out hair # 105 or not!
Rule#6
Know when to STOP PLUCKING!!!!
We have all seen what an over plucked eye brow looks like, and it ain't pretty!
Rule#7
Trimming.
Using a spooley brush, brush your eyebrows straight up. Then, using a
pair of straight eyebrow trimming scissors (that you only reserve for
hair), trim what sticks out above your eyebrows now. I have to note
that this can be optional. Trimming can help brows look neater, but if
you have shorter brow hair naturally, there is no need for this.

Rule#8
Filling them in. This too is optional as it is a matter of personal
taste. My own eyebrows are naturally quite dense, except for some
sparse areas, so I normally don't bother with this. However, if I am
going to an event and I want to look very polished, filling them in
softly is a must! You can use a brow pencil to fill them in or brow
powder with a stiff angled brow brush. Either way, I always use a
spooley brush to blend in lightly what I have filled in so that it
looks most natural, yet utterly glamourous!

EMERGENCY!!! EMERGENCY!!!!
So what if you went a little crazy and you did overpluck? Please put
down your weapon and promise not to touch them until they have grown
back! In the meantime, fill in the spaces with some brow powder and
that stiff small angled brow brush I told you about. To help them grow
back quicker, you can dab a little bit of Rogaine with a Q-tip on that
area or use a product that it specifically made to help brows grow back.
