Exciting news from across the pond – Sonja Barisic, owner of Barisic
Model Management, details for us how Germany is embracing the plus
model industry on a new level. We also had the pleasure of working with
one of her models, Katharina, for our September issue of PLUS.
Katharina and a film crew from Germany accompanied us on the shoot and
followed her from Germany to NY as she began her journey towards a
modeling career in the states. Part I of "Goodbye Deutschland" will air
on September 15 with the second part airing on the 22nd when the
cameras follow Katharina to her shoot with PLUS. We will be sending out
a reminder to all of our subscribers with
the air date for Part II where the show follows Katharina to her shoot

Also – coming to us from abroad is Velvet. The last time we caught up
with Velvet she was in NYC at the Tribecca film festival. Her movie
Aida premiered to rave reviews and continued to staple her name as an
amazing woman who has committed herself to a life without limits. In
this issue Velvet opens up about her life and decision to leave the
artistic streets of NYC for France where she calls home after 16 years.
Part II of her interview will be in the September issue where she
discloses details on the plus modeling industry in France.
