Curvy Girls Weekend took place in NYC April 16th - 18th. The weekend was filled with a lot of fun and laughter but most importantly awareness for Multiple Sclerosis, a debilitating disease I was diagnosed with in 2007.

Together we raised $2,740 towards a cure for MS and while that may not seem like much, every single penny counts when someone's life is at risk. I want to thank everyone who donated with their time, money and well wishes as well as my family, PLUS Model Magazine staff, friends and loving husband.

I especially want to thank Mia Amber who helped in coordinating the weekend, Erica Watson for hosting and bringing us to Madame X, The Glamazons,Deb Malkin and her Re/Dress NYC staff for their love


and support, and most of all to those that braved the cold Sunday morning weather to walk with me. I also want to thank everyone who helped to spread the word about Curvy Girls Weekend through their blogs and networking sites.
