Like it or not, it is time to say goodbye e to summer!  Fall is knocking on our doors, and I for one, am welcoming the change of season with open arms. 

Fall has always been my favorite time of year.  I absolutely love wearing sweaters, scarves, and boots, and as a matter of fact, my mother affectionately calls me "The Sweater Queen" because my closet is literally packed with a sweater for every occasion.  The cooler weather always seems to waken me up a bit and offer me a bit of a refresher after the dog days of summer.

We have a lot to look forward to for the Fall 2010 season of fashion.  It seems that the inspiration for the season was drawn from the ultra tough, confident, chic, woman who is a bit more grown-up and will not apologize for her "fabulousness". 

We are seeing sweaters and shrugs in countless silhouettes, tailored coats and capes, military inspired ensembles, luxe fabrications such as fur, cashmere, and velvet, tons of great denim, interesting leather being introduced in brand new ways, 90's inspired dresses, as well as any type of boot you could ever want or need. 

As we move into the fall and winter seasons, I urge you to embrace your inner "fabulousness" and treat yourself to some of the great fashion that the season has to offer.  Now, more than ever, we plus size women have options, so take this opportunity to "think outside your fashion box", try something new, expand your wardrobe, and move into the fall season with confidence.

Try something new- you may be pleasantly surprised!
