What I Love About My Curves by Talesha Paillere, 7/01/2009

Over the years I've learned to embrace my curves. My curves make me unique. Most importantly my curves make me a woman in every sense of the word. I'm sexy, confident and beautiful. I love to be able to fill out a dress and think how fantastic I look. I love how my curves command attention when I walk into a room. I didn't always have such a positive outlook about my curves. While in college, I began to accept my curves and appreciate the benefits that came along with having them. I've been inspired by other Plus Models such as Queen Latifah, Sharron Quinn, Mia Amber and Gwendolyn DeVoe. These women are all so beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. They are all successful businesswoman and role models. They've shown me you can be beautiful at any size. I hope to inspire other young women as they have inspired me.
