Curvy All Star Weekend was an overwhelming success! Actress, host, and plus model Chenese Lewis hosted the weekend of events, presented by Curvesity Entertainment, PLUS Model Magazine, Venus Divas Magazine, and Monif C.
 
Friday, April 17th kicked off the Curvy All Star Weekend festivities, starting with a party at Stitch Lounge in Manhattan that celebrated the 2009 Flawless Calendar, PLUS Model Radios 1 year anniversary, and the Walk MS kick off with the PLUS Model Magazine team. Guests had the opportunity to meet the 2009 Flawless Calendar models, get their calendars signed, as well as mingle with other plus models, designers, bloggers, performers, as well as representatives from PLUS Model and Venus Divas Magazines.
 
Cupcakes and cocktails were served Saturday at Monif C's Boutique as well as special Curvy All Star discounts! Monif C, whose designs were recently featured on BET's "Rip The Runway" personally gave guests demonstrations of her infamous convertible dress as well as her other fabulous designs. Curvy networking was in full effect, as business cards were exchanged and portfolios shown. Bubbly, business, and curvaceous beauties turned out to be a perfect combination on the second day of the Curvy All Star Weekend.
 
Sunday the first PLUS Model Magazine team formed participated in the Walk MS walking 3 miles to support PLUS Model Magazine editor, Madeline Figueroa Jones. Walk MS was a fun and festive event that helps to raise critical funds to help people affected by Multiple Sclerosis, a disease of the central nervous system that has no known cause or cure.
