It was a crowd of heart-warming acceptance at the 2nd Annual Reality Check Red Carpet event held in the midst of the 2008 Gay Pride festival.  The charity event was thrown in the heart of West Hollywood at the Here Lounge, located at Robertson and Santa Monica Blvd.  

Notables in attendance were, TV personalities Heather Chadwell, Bobby Trendy, Brian Peeler, Michael Silas, Cher Rue, Jai Rodriguez, Eduardo Xol, Amanda Ireton, Daniel DiCriscio, Nathan Collins, Norman Korpi, Saaphyri Windsor, Jonathan Chang, Norman Korpi, Jovy Jonoly, actors Katerina Graham, Lorielle New, Reese Allbritton, Amanda Field, Peter Gurski, JD Jordan, Enrique Sapene, Vincent De Paul, Alec Mapa, Peter Gurski, TV Host Sean Patrick Lewis, designer Nick Verreos, dancer Kevin Stea and singer/songwriters Nikki McKibbon, Fawn and Amanda Rushing.

Just behind the Here Lounge, an array of celebrities entertained a crowd of thousands.  Recording artists seen at the festival both onstage and off included Joss Stone, Jes, Olivia Newton-John, Fawn, Alyson, Patrice Pike, Ben Patrick Johnson, Kyle Puccia, Lori Michaels, Drama Of Switchblade Kitten, Becky Baeling, Abbey Travis, Audra Hardt, Matt Zarley, Momma, Carro, Teri Nunn from Berlin, and American Idol's Kimberly Caldwell, Kimberly Locke and Frenchie Davis.
